Shale Oil and Water integrated Treatment Unit Project (Daging National Shale Oil DemonstrationStation3,000m/d)

 

The unit is applied to Daging national shale oil demonstration station, it integrates gas-liquidseparation, free water removal, crude oil heating, pulse dehydration, two-stage air flotation, hydraulic sandwashing, natural gas multi-stage separation and demisting, and oil-water buffering. Moreover, it integratesmultiple equipment functions such as three-phase separators, lift pumps, electric dehydrators, oil buffertanks, water buffer tanks, and primary oll removal tanks in traditional small and medium-sized crude ollprocessing stations, maximizing the function while minimization the volume, achieving "one skid for astation”.

 

The unit achieves the "one skid to meet the standard" treatment of incoming high-water-contentshale oi, and the processed oil has a water content less than 0.5% while the produced water meet therequirement of "double 50mg/L" in terms of oil and suspended solids content. lt solve the problems oflong process flow, multiple equipment and complex operation in traditional crude oil dehydration andwater treatment to achieve rapid production, and fix the issue of purified oil handover and produced water reuse for fraction in remote independent blocks.
