Based on the principle that gas solubility in water varies with pressure, a high-pressure dissolved-gas system is used to pressurize a portion of the recirculated water and air, thereby forming dissolved-gas water that generates micron-sized bubbles, which are then released inside the tank.
The device integrates six core technologies and boasts eight key product advantages: rapid demulsification, efficient oil removal, and effective removal of suspended solids.

The unit features a short process flow and skid-mounted installation, which reduces construction time, accelerates return on investment, and is suitable for all development stages in both new and existing oilfields.
A produced-water treatment station at Shengli Oilfield: commissioned in October 2024, featuring one skid-mounted supercavitation closed-loop dissolved-air flotation unit with a design capacity of 2,000 m³/d. The treated effluent meets discharge standards of ≤30 mg/L for oil content and ≤25 mg/L for suspended solids, thereby achieving significant water-quality improvement.

High-efficiency dissolved-air and supercavitation devices are installed inside the tank, enabling an integrated operation of dissolved-air flotation and large-tank treatment. This combination leverages the high oil-removal efficiency of dissolved-air flotation and the shock-resistance of the large tank, thereby enhancing oil–water separation efficiency and increasing the overall processing capacity of the large tank.

The newly constructed or retrofitted large-scale produced-water treatment units have been successfully implemented in multiple heavy-oil and polymer-flooded produced-water treatment facilities at the Shengli Oilfield, with a design capacity of 4.5 × 10⁴ m³/d. Compared with conventional treatment processes, this technology achieves highly efficient oil–water separation, effectively addresses VOC emissions, reduces capital investment by more than 40%, and lowers operating costs by over 20%.
● A produced-water treatment station at Shengli Oilfield: Commissioned in January 2023, it is equipped with two 5,000 m³ ultra-cavitation enclosed dissolved-air flotation units (tank-type), with a design treatment capacity of 4.3 × 10⁴ m³/d. The system has improved water quality, reduced treatment costs, and enabled closed-loop, environmentally friendly operation.
● Shengli Oilfield Clean Hot Water Station: Commissioned in January 2022, featuring one 200 m³ ultra-cavitation sealed dissolved air flotation unit (tank-type) with a treatment capacity of 2,000 m³/d. Effluent oil content ≤ 20 mg/L and suspended solids content < 15 mg/L, consistently meeting discharge standards.
