Integrated Full-Gravity-Balanced Oil-Gas-Water Treatment Unit

By leveraging the principles of full balance and full gravity, multiple functional modules—including preliminary separation, settling, dewatering, water treatment, and buffer storage—are integrated into a single unit. Produced crude oil with high water content is directly processed into clarified oil; produced water is treated and then reinjected on-site; and associated gas is upgraded to meet export specifications, resulting in substantial improvements in processing efficiency, energy efficiency, and operational efficiency.

Technical Overview

A self-optimizing dehydration module is employed for crude oil demulsification and preliminary water separation; a self-optimizing water separation module is used for efficient crude oil dehydration; and a pressure air flotation–inclined plate coalescence coupled module is implemented for highly efficient oil and suspended solids removal from produced water. This integrated approach enables short-process, compact, zero-discharge, and intelligent comprehensive oil–gas–water treatment.
