Old Oilfield Renovation

Heavy Viscous Oil Processing Project (4,000 m³/d Dehydration Unit at a Certain Integrated Station)
Integrated Full-Gravity-Balanced Oil-Gas-Water Treatment Unit

To address issues such as corrosion and aging of equipment at aging integrated stations and insufficient processing capacity to meet development needs, an integrated, compact unit is deployed to enable closed-loop, short-process, high-efficiency oil–water treatment, ensuring that both oil and water meet discharge standards. This initiative aims to establish a demonstration station characterized by “inherently safe operations, green and low-carbon practices, minimal staffing with high efficiency, and intelligent operation.”

The integrated unit combines oil–gas–water separation, emulsified-oil heat exchange, thermochemical dehydration, electrostatic dehydration, and multi-stage natural-gas separation and mist elimination into a single system, enabling pressurized, closed-loop, short-flow operation and meeting the requirement for on-skid treatment of high-water-content crude oil to produce refined oil.
