The company is a comprehensive equipment manufacturing enterprise integrating R&D, design, manufacturing, construction, and service, with business spanning oilfield equipment and energy-saving and environmental protection equipment. Its main products include fully gravity-balanced integrated oil–gas–water treatment units, supercavitating closed-loop air-flotation systems (skid-mounted and tank-type), eco-friendly public toilets, integrated wastewater treatment systems, and CPC solar thermal products. The company is recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise, a Shandong Province “Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and Innovative” cultivation enterprise, and a technology-based small and medium-sized enterprise, and holds qualifications for pressure vessel design and manufacturing (A2) and industrial pipeline design and installation (GC2).

In-house laboratory

Our in-house laboratory is equipped with crude-oil physical-property analysis equipment, high-frequency pulsed AC/DC electro-dehydration units, and low-frequency AC/DC electro-dehydration units, enabling comprehensive testing of all types of crude-oil physical properties and electro-dehydration experiments. It also provides full-spectrum analysis of produced water, covering all key parameters, including total ion concentration, oil content, suspended solids, free carbon dioxide, dissolved carbon dioxide, TGB, FIB, and SRB.

Technology Research and Development

The company is led by a National Master of Survey and Design, with a multidisciplinary team spanning oil and gas–water treatment, mechanical manufacturing, skid-mounted piping, electrical instrumentation, and structural engineering, enabling the delivery of customized solutions to clients. The company leverages EP3D 3D design software for skid mounting, Fluent for flow-field analysis, and COMSOL Multiphysics for electric-field distribution simulation, achieving 100% coverage in equipment simulation-based design.

We have obtained licensing qualifications for pressure vessel design, pressure piping design, and pressure vessel manufacturing, and are equipped with a dedicated quality management team and specialized equipment to ensure consistent product quality. We have also achieved certification under quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety management systems, with an annual processing and manufacturing capacity of 100 units/sets.
