In order to solve the problem of increasing capacity and and acquisition problem of a gathering andtransportation station ,a new integrated device for oil, gas and water treatment with full gravity balance hasbeen applied to replace the pre-water separation by three-phase separator and settlement by arde tanksgreatly shorten the crude oil treatment process, and doubled the oil treatment capacity without new tanks andand acquisition.

Light and medium oil treatment project ( 1500 m³/d dehydration unit ata gathering and transportation station )

 

The integrated device integrates free water separation, high-frequency pulse dehydration, multistageseparation and demisting of natural gas, and buffering in one device. After buffering, heating, and lifting, theincoming liguid with high water content will go directly into the integrated device and be treated into purifiedoil at one step.

 

The integrated device was put into production on April 27, 2023 for the treatment of petroleumtransported by pipeline and truck. The average daily treatment liquid volume is 714 m³, gas volume is10183Nm³, oil volume is 280t. During the operation, the water content of incoming liquid at inlet is 55% ~ 70%average integrated water content in oil at outlet is 0.78% ,and oil content in water at outlet is 135 mg/Lwhich realizes the stable and qualified oil export after the capacity increase of the gathering andtransportation station. The energy consumption is 0.294 kW·h/t per ton of oil, and the energy consumptionof electric dehydration is 0.03 kW·h/t per ton of oil.
