Old Oil FieldHeavy oil treatment project ( 4000m³/d dehydration unit at a united station )

 

The integrated device integrates oil-gas-water separation, emulsified oil heat exchange, thermo-chemical dehydration, electric dehydration and natural gas multi-stage separation and demisting into awhole, achieving pressure-sealed short-process operation to process the high-water-cut oil into purifiedoil at one step.

 

The integrated device was put into operation on july 25, 2023 to process the high water cutliquid (heavy crude oil) from wells in the united station. The daily processing liquid capacity is 3400m³, and for oil is 160t. The comprehensive water content of inlet liquid is 95.2%, and theaverage water content at oil outlet is 0.20%. The energy consumption of electric dehydration is 0.03kw.h/ton of oil.


Compared with the traditional long process, the short process of integrated device canreduce energy consumption by 68%, and increase processing efficiency by 44 times. Theequipment number and management sectors have been reduced greatly. The device is highlyautomated with less attendants. Renovation
