The integrated device integrates oil-gas-water separation, high-frequency pulse intelligentdehydration, natural gas multi-stage separation, demisting and buffering as a whole, belonging to a kind of apressure-closed and short process dehydration technology for shale oil.

 

The integrated device has been successfully applied to shale oil treatment in Shengli National Shale OilDemonstration Station, with total treatment capacity as 3,000m³/d, The incoming liauid water cut is 5% 68%, and the index is 0.1 8% at outlet on average, meeting the oil export index (water content < 1.5%). Foroutlet water, the oil content is 7.85 mg/L on average.

 

Compared with traditional process, the treatment temperature is 75 '℃, reduced by 5 '℃ ~ 10 ℃, thedemulsifier concentration is 300 mg/L,reduced by 60% ~ 70%, and the energy consumption of oiltreatment per ton (4.04 kgce) is reduced by 20%~30%, The land occupation is reduced by 62%, and theoperating cost per ton of oil is reduced by 35% to 40%.
