"Three-local" treatment ( local separation, local treatment, local reinjection )

The heavy oil produced fluid in the Northwest Oilfield has high emulsification strength and viscosity, andconventional pre-separation water technology cannot achieve water separation. With the continuousdevelopment of the block, the comprehensive water cut of the produced liquid increases, and the gatheringand treatment system is overloaded, limiting the capacity of liquid extraction in the block. Meanwhile, thelong-distance transportation of produced water incurs high operating costs.

Local Water Separation Project of A Transfer Station in Northwest Oil Field(Water Separation Treatment Scale 1,000m³/d)

 

The integrated device for oil, gas and water treatment with full gravity balance integrates the functionsof gas and liguid separation, water separation by self-optimizing coalescence, coalescence by inclined plate.natural gas separation and demisting, and buffer. Without additional chemicals, the average water cut of oil s2.9% (design index < 10%), the average dehydration rate is 92.9%, the average oil content in water is 4.0mg/L, the content of suspended solids is 42.0 mg/L, which are better than the design index (< 100 mg/L),and meet the water guality reguirements for reinjection water guality in the "Water Quality Standards forCarbonate Rock Fracture-Cave Reservoir injection". The average power consumption per cubic meter ofliquid is 0.08 kw·h.

 

The device has realized a breakthrough in the technology of "three-in-site” treatment of superheavy oil produced liquid, effectively reduced the operation pressure of gathering and transportationpipelines and the processing load of united stations, greatly reduced the energy consumption ofpumping ,gathering , heating, and improved the anti-risk ability of the block.
