Our own laboratory is equipped with crude oil property analysis equipment, high-frequency pulse AC/DC electric dehydration equipment, and low-frequency AC/DC electric dehydration equipment, which can complete all types of crude oil property and electric dehydration experiments; It can complete the full coverage of detection and analysis indicators such as total ion analysis of produced water, oil content, suspended solids, free carbon dioxide, erosive carbon dioxide, TGB, FIB, SRB, etc.

Research & development

The leading figure is a national level survey and design master, with multiple professional talents in oil and gas water treatment, mechanical manufacturing, piping and sled making, electrical instruments, building structures, etc., providing customized solutions for customers. Using the 3D design software EP3D sled, Fluent for flow field analysis, and COMSOL Multiphysics for electric field distribution simulation, the equipment simulation design coverage rate is 100%.

Processing & manufacturing

Obtain qualifications for pressure vessel design, pressure pipeline design, and pressure vessel manufacturing, equip with a professional quality management team and specialized equipment to ensure stable product quality. Through quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety management system certification, with an annual processing and manufacturing capacity of 100 units/set.

Microbial agent

The company has set up a professional technical team led by national ecological environmental protection experts, and has established a perfect cooperation system with 39 national patents in combination with scientific research institutions such as the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Shandong Academy of Environmental Sciences and Tsinghua University. Sennuo Technology Co., Ltd. has the microbial technology with independent intellectual property rights. It has jointly established an environmental microbial technology experimental base with the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and has established a domestic advanced strain research, development and cultivation center and manufacturing center. It has mastered the screening and cultivation technology of organic matter degradation, water quality improvement, soil improvement and other strains.
