From September 1 to 2, a three-member expert panel from the Shandong Provincial Special Equipment Inspection Institute visited the pressure vessel manufacturing facility of Senno Technology Co., Ltd. to conduct a licensing review of the company’s application for certification of its internal design qualifications for pressure vessels (Class A2).

Zhou Zhigang, General Manager of Senno Technology, personally led the team in welcoming the review and established a dedicated project team for this purpose. The project team comprises Xu Qinyi, General Manager of Yushang Company; Wang Chunlan, Duan Xiqiang, Liu Ying, Wang Chao, Lu Zhijie, Li Bohua, Wei Guanghui, Sun Xinxin, Du Yixian, Kang Zhichao, Liu Baoling, and other members from Senno Technology. The project team is wholly responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing the certification process, and has developed a comprehensive training plan on A2-level pressure vessel standards and regulations, a plan for the preparation and revision of design system documentation, a plan for assessing the professional competence of design personnel, and a plan for submitting the certification application, all of which are being rigorously advanced according to schedule.

The Systems Review Expert Panel conducted a comprehensive inspection and evaluation of the company’s design resource capabilities, hardware and software infrastructure, and the operational status of its design quality management system. Meanwhile, the Technical Documentation Review Expert Panel rigorously examined the accuracy, consistency, completeness, and compliance of the technical documentation for the company’s A2-level additional-item prototype design products. Subsequently, the expert panel administered written examinations on professional competence and conducted face-to-face oral defenses of technical proficiency for all design and review personnel, with outstanding results. Ultimately, after conducting a multifaceted assessment, the final review panel issued a favorable opinion endorsing Seno Technology Co., Ltd.’s successful completion of the independent design certification review.

Obtaining the Class A2 design qualification for pressure vessels will significantly enhance the company’s technical capabilities, drive technological innovation, and contribute to the company’s future development.
